R u trying to say that. U have only two columns in DB and u want to display in three column.

I am developing a webapp and my page is lacking space for listing details,so inorder to save space i have to display data from the db Horizontally instead of vertical alignment.

You can do that very easily

You have to first spilt the data sourse into two equivalent part
and then you can use two gridview or any data control to display
data using two different data source...
I hope this will definetly work..

hey guys

i have this Exception when i try to call web methos in remote biz-talk server

i can work for a few hours\days but this exception start appering when there is alot of work around this biz-talk

i searched the web and found this article

i dont want to mess with this registry things.. Confused

im working with webservice object

i added a web reference to class lib that i created and i use this class lib in my web site

to problem seems to be overflow of TCP TIME_WAIT connection as the OS define them to be opened for 240 sec by default.

Or you can also directly open you project folder and you can directly Copy .aspx and aspx.cs Files of you form and paste in your new project

Well as the error message is saying, the result of an OdbcCommand.ExecuteScalar is an object. You have to cast this one to return an int. Have a look here:

http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.data.odbc.odbccommand.executescalar.aspx

And your myConnGS.Close() will never be executed. Try to improve your design here.

return (int)mycmdGS.ExecuteScalar();

Your html can't link to the codebehind this way. Copy the path and paste directly into your ImageUrl tag. Also verify that the path to the image is correct. Good luck!

I am trying to link the following buttons of my gridview "update, delete and insert". I does not work since last week. So the message error is in french, anyway it means "the objectdatasource can't find the delete method (or insert and update). If someone can give a help about that.Thanks

You have to add the method on on deleting event of gridview and onselectedindexchanging event

You have to just write code on selectedindex change event
I am sure you will be able to do that......

There is an event on Gridview selectedindex changing on that
