the image I want is made up of a jpg and a png,so "add" means two images become one,jpg is background img,png is the foreground.
what can I do for synthesis two image?

You probably want to AlphaBlend[^] the png onto the jpg. You'll need to work out how transparency is indicated in the png file.

You probably forgot to link to the correct library (the sqllite library). Have you done that in your project settings ?

A .h file is not a library file, it's a header file. You need to have a *.lib file to be added in your project settings: in the linker category, you need to add the name of the lib file in "Additional Dependencies" or something like that (I don't have VS installed on my PC here so I can't give you the exact location, but search a bit and you'll find it).

I'm using visual c++ for the project and already added the sqlite3.dll file. The same error occurs again. I have no idea where it went wrong..

I'm talking about a .LIB file, not a dll file. Did you add this lib file in your project settings (3rd time I'm asking) ?

Yes (and it possibly returns 09034 for your input).

You can roll your own one. What are your doubts while doing that?
I recall for you the needed steps (if you aren't using MFC or ATL). You have to:
- Parse the string to obtain
day-of-month, month and year from the string. - Convert
day-of-month and month to day-of-year. - Align properly
year and day-of-year values in the resulting number.
In the above task, only point(2) is a bit tricky because of leap years.
Using MFC or ATL would make your life easier.

just use scansf grab the constituent parts and throw it into a SYSTEMTIME struct.
Just rember that scanf assumes int * and the systemtime struct is all word size objects.

it depends on what you mean by julian date - since the term is most often miss-used these days.
If you mean 'the day number as a number starting counting from the 1st of Jan in the Current year', then you need to follow the advice of our trusted and esteemed colleague CPallini
If you mean since an arbitrary point in time - such as is used by astronomers etc, ie 4713BC, then, part one of CPallini's response still applies, then you feed the results of the parse into something like :-
