Question.net error in application Pin
ToddHileHoffer17-Feb-09 3:04
ToddHileHoffer17-Feb-09 3:04
I have a mystery that I can't figure out. We have a winform application that runs every five minutes as a scheduled job.

On Friday the scheduled task got hung and no one knew it for 24 hours. This application has been working for years. All of the code is in a try catch block that should handle any exception and send an email if an error occurs. On Friday the application simply got stuck...
The only information I have is from the event viewer is the following. How can track down the cause of this error? Is there any way to figure out what line of .net code is at the "reference memory"?

Event Type: Information
Event Source: Application Popup
Event Category: None
Event ID: 26
Date: 2/13/2009
Time: 11:25:04 AM
User: N/A
Computer: myServer
Description:
Application popup: myApp.exe - Application Error : The instruction at "0x7c82caa2" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".

I didn't get any requirements for the signature
