This is not true. There is lots of MS software containing lots of .NET. Again, it may not be the case that 100% of a product is in .NET. But so what?

You can tell where .NET is being used by running Process Explorer and examining the .NET processes.

One very big product that is largely written in .NET is BizTalk. But I think you will find the newer the product the more likely it is that it will contain substantial portions of .NET.
