The FreeDictionary.com definition of Sublicensing is "A license giving rights of production or marketing of products or services to a person or company that is not the primary holder of such rights"

So "You may not sublicense the Work" means "you may not give the rights of production or marketing of products or services to a person or company that is not the primary holder of such rights" which, we feel, is only fair.

This doesn't stop you using the work in your programs, or selling it or modifying it. It simply means you can't change the rights associated with the Work that have been provided by the CPOL.

Our product itself is sublicensed as it is customized by various resellers to more fit their customer base

As long as you're sublicensing your product and not the ColourPicker then I would assume1 that's fine.

1 I am not a lawyer nor do I play one on TV. Your lawyers will have to determine this.
