Thank you very much led, honesly i'm looking for a standard protocol like SOAP,so that i can exchange data with any other application in future too, provided that application(WEB or Windows) supports implements this protocol,I found part of answer of my question from your duscussion,so if I want,i can use for example Windows sockets to send SOAP message, but let me make my question more clear, can i use any library or object model to send a SOAP message over HTTP inside a Windows application?if I'm inside a WEB application I can use "Post" method to send a message, but what about a Visual C# Windows application, there is no any object which has "Post" method there.

Reza
