(normally it should) Can the server connect to the client? Its possible that the clients router/firewall blocks these or that you have to do the same configuration changes as you did with the servers router. If the client is directly connected to the internet check the pc's firewall settings. Right click your project in solution explorer choose add/new item - select cursor file edit the cursor the way you want it - also set its hot spot right click on the cursor file in solution explorer choose properties and set build action to embedded resource To load your cursor, assuming you're using forms this.Cursor = new Cursor(GetType(), "Cursor1.cur"); where "this" is a Form/Control class. Of cource, you can also generate the license file through MD5. Everytime the app runs, check the license file firstly.
