There are two prperties of dropdownlist SelectedIndex and SelectedValue.If you know which item/index you need to show as selected then you can set it by above properties.

DropDownList1.Items.Add(new ListItem("Please select one user",""));<br />

The size of the file may be larger upto 5 MB.

Well, okay.

If your files are stored on a disk, you could access them through a simple link (like www.myapp.com/MyApp/Excel.xls). This will start the download of the file.

But the IIS must know the directory where the excel-file is stored on your server and the directory must be mapped through a virtual directory.

-Change the table parameters and layout.

6)View the statistics of solved problem, unsolved problem, newly added cases(FAQ and KnowledgeBase.

Customer
+ Customer has the following right
1)Post tickets
Ticket contains

and if the customer didn’t login then had to fill the following fields

2) Create profile
Only registered customer can post the enquires and customer profile contains the following fields
-EmailAddress
-Password
-FName
- LName
-Company
-Country
- Ph no.

3)Search FAQ and KnowledgeBase
The unregistered customers can also use this feature. FAQ and KnowledgeBase contain the following fields
-Category
- Question.
4)Phone ticket
In the Phone ticket contains the phone number of staff on the basis of category

5) View the search result of FAQ and KnowledgeBase.

6)View the status of posted ticket
In the status of posted ticket customer can view the result of ticket, Replayed date, Subject, Category, and Posted Date.

7) Login
Login contains
-Customer name
- Password
-Forgot password
-Signup

Staff
+ Staff has the following rights
1)View/Search(Date, Status, Category, Answer status, Priority) the posted enquires
The main fields are
-CustomerId
-Category
-Priority
-Subject
-Answerstatus(Not View, Partial, Complete)
-No. of hand over by staff
-Date/time of post

2) Answer the posted tickets
If the staff select “complete” in the Answerstatus then answer send to the Customer otherwise answer will not be send

-Subject
-Answerstatus(DropDownList)
-Answer
- No. of hand over by staff
-Date/time of post

3) Add/Edit/Delete/Search FAQ and KnowledgeBase.

4)Edit the Profile

What’s up guys? I'm kind of new to programming and I’m doing a personal project. On my Project website I want to generate two thumbnails 1, (111x82) and 2. (200x147). The source to generate the images is a URL, For example Http://www.mysite.com and later add a random string as a name then save the names to a database table and save the file to a directory on folder. I want to do all this inside a class. Can any anyone give me a hand?

The idea of this forum is for you to post code with specific problem(s). A quick search of CP and Google reveal loads of examples of generating thumbnails. Saving a file and writing to a database examples are also extensively available from the same source.

When you have your code and have a specific problem come back here, until then make use of your favourite search engine.

But finaly you will display it in a web control. So you can use for Global Resource and Chage the Control Property. Hope this will helps you.
