Hi ...
ALL i m fetching from Database!!!
Records are not showing as per user. Its been showing as per Regions.
& the Field i m using to display is Deal No.
I'll Tell u my requirement..
I m having a grid...is has got result of morethan 20 to 30 thousand of records...at time i m showing only ..30 records in a grid..
Some of my columns of grid has Header Dropdownlist which is used to filter the grid records.
In header Dropdownlist i m showing all distinct values of that column.
Hope u got the point..Now tell me is it possible to have pagination in dropdownlist..?

you are going to read all data at a time ?

Based on user selection , you will show data to user , which will be retreive from data or already loaded in dataset?

there are several options; you could use crystal reports or program a website displaying a gridview as report etc.

Crystal will work if it also loaded on ur server but i use by report Viewer & rdlc

Hi,
the server-function that will be called is "btn_submit_Click1". So you don't need the OnClientClick.

P.S.: Oh wait, you could also try to use AJAX, but that's more sophisticated. What do you want to achieve?

btn_submit_Click1
Im assuming your hoping checkcategory() would be called from OnClientClick. OnClientClick is reserved for JavaScript which has no direct relationship with the server.
You would need to call checkcategory (assuming its a server side function) in btn_submit_click1. Or if you explicitly needed to call checkcategory from the client side function you would use Ajax (Google it!)
FYI, calling a javascript function from OnClientClick would be
OnClientClick="checkCategory()"

Cross site scripting[^] is a bad thing. You don't want to activate it. You should be trying to prevent it.

Probably because your from address is a gmail account which doesn't exist on your mail server...

Is there a way to use the asp:CreateUserWizard control to set focus to the Create User button.
What I want is for the Create User button to have focus after the user has re-typed their password. Thus, if he now presses return/enter, the user is created...
Any help would be much appreciated.

Nice Username!!
You could set the focus in the OnTextChanged event for the textbox.
Or set up a tab order so after tabbing from the textbox for password it goes straight to the button.

Thing is, using the CreateUserWizard, as far as I can see I don't have much control over that button, i.e. setting focus to it, tab order etc...
How can I get "access" to the Confirm Password text box and it's events...?
