I do appreciate for your answer
My article is incomplete technically. that's true.Dear friend, I do not like to bother you in CodeProject. I feel it just takes about 5 minutes to be edited with editors not experts. but two suggestions:
1.If you answered me : "we can not accept such an article" this was more helpfull for me because if so I knew what to do next. I wish you had a team that checkes the articles only for being acceptable or not and answers instantly.
2.Editing articles on CodeProject website is time consuming and difficult.why dont you develop a free software for editing articles in CodeProject format?
Using such software user logs on to the website and easily edits his/her articles.

There are Code Project templates available for you to use offline. Read the submission guidelines[^] page to find out where.

That would be a huge undertaking, especially for a primarily volunteer run site. Remember, Code Project has very few full time staff, and relies on volunteers to help out. These volunteers cannot dedicate 100% of their time to doing this because they normally have jobs to help pay the bills.
Gold Members of the site do take a look at unapproved articles and, if the article is almost there, will generally offer advice or critique. In the case where it looks like the article is unpublishable because it's just the template or the code is missing, the article will be reported for deletion.

There's nothing special about CodeProject's "format" - it's called HTML - it's a standard - look it up.
Why don't you just use a local editor to write your articles, and then copy/paste the text into the article editor. That's what I do - it usually takes me a week or two to write and article, but just a couple of minutes to post it.

I would suggest that you only post finished articles, and draft the articles on your own computer. Otherwise, they may not suvive the moderation.

Yep. "Might" just there depending on how incomplete the article is. If it looks like an article template, then that's a for sure cold welcome. Otherwise, if he's 90% complete, there's a chance it might be looked past. Depends all on the article content.

Articles sent via email to submit (at) codeproject may take a while depending upon the backlog of work on the CP Editors. Your best bet would be to contact webmaster (at) codeproject.com after at least giving them a week's time.
You may also like to submit the article through the automated article engine but be warned that through this mode, your content would be published almost immediately and hence the onus of content and presentation lies wholly on you. Hence you ought to double and triple check the content before letting it go live.

...maybe it's just me, but every time I see the 'i' icon beside the 'Monthly Competition' in the 'Announcements' section, it makes me think that a page errored out in an IFrame or something.
...maybe change it to something else? Just a thought

Hello,
I submitted my latest article on October 1. When I view my article Posted date at the top right says 1 October. However, if I log out and then view my article it says 30 September. The same thing happens with other articles too. When I am logged out posted date is less by one.

It's because when you are logged in all times are displayed using your timezone. When you are logged out they are displayed using the server's timezone.

When showing server time instead of local, would it be possible to indicate the timezone to avoid confusion?

Every article has a message board at its bottom,
we have a facility that we can get a notification for the messages we have answered.
BUT what I want is
would not it be better if you provide a facility that we can get the notification for every message and thread posted for that article wether we have posted an answer or not.

Why don't you just make it a setting in the article submission wizard, and default it to "off".
