No, it's not. You'd have to have some piece of external hardware the does the measurement and transfers the values to the computer through one of the ports or, if the measurement hardware is on a board, one fo the expension slots. You'll, of course, also need a driver for this card.

For a cheaper solution, you may want to look here[^] for stuff that works with USB.
