I was working as a Technical Support Engineer in Taiwan where the regional head office was. I did telephone support for the region going from New Zealand to Israel. The culture in some Taiwanese companies is very rigid.

It is very hard to pin down which should go at the top. However, there when deciding there usually isn't much to go on except for:
* The pay packet
* The company you are working for (Working for a well know vs an unknown)
* Where the company is located
If you already know the company or have a friend working there you might also know about some of the others.
For me, the pay packets wasn't so important. I turned down an extra £6K to work closer to home (there were other factors as well). But also, I've turned down offers of work because the pay wasn't high enough - I have a mortgage to pay after all!
I've simply not applied for jobs when I've known the following:
* Who you would be working with
* Who you would be working for (your bosses)
* Who is running the company
And I've never really know what the following factors were:
* The office environment you are working in
* The methodology used at work
* The work itself
You might say that I could ask at interview, however people lie in interviews. The interviewers as well as the interviewees. I've never had a really accurate answer - whether through simple dishonesty or the interviewer not actually knowing what was really going on.

Agreed. I've turned down a job because the dress code included dress shirt and tie (although that wasn't the only negative factor in that decision).

For me, an interaction:
- technologies (interesting, keep me employable for any next job)
- people; do I like being here
- commute; can I get here reasonably (distance/traffic)
- flex stuff; hours - must I be 9 to 5, or are other times ok?
Money can be a deal breaker, but seems to be reasonable if the above are reasonable...

I would agree that in some cases getting a clear picture of those items can be difficult, but they aren't impossible in all cases. And yes, the interview is where you collect that information. When that interviewer asks you "do you have any questions" these are the items readily available to you to ask about. "What's the CEO like?", "What sorts of methodologies do you use?", "What roll would I play on the team?", "How are feature decisions made?" You can pick up a lot of good information. I knew the answer to every single one of the poll choices before I took my current job, and I had an accurate picture of all of them. Yes, my current company is very small which makes some of those easier to know, but that too is part of the decision making process.
That said, I agree with others here that it is hard to say one of these is the most important, but the question is still valid. Just because you weight 1 criteria higher than the others (and for me it was the Work) doesn't mean that a combination of other negative factors won't offset that factor, or if that factor isn't high enough it will take others to sway the difference. When making the decision, you can't put one of these in a vacuum and pick, but there IS one that is MOST important to you.

There are jobs within about 20 miles of my house, but the roads are so backed up that my commute to and from work would be 90 minutes each. I don't care how much the job pays if I have to leave at 6am and don't get home until 6pm. It simply doesn't provide enough family time.
The other factors is, of course, the gas prices. Stop-and-slow traffic kills gas mileage. I'd have to ask for a $10k raise just to break even -- I take the train in to work now.

Maaaybe I'd consider Bagdad[^] for $200K per year.

I would have done that 10 years ago but I was in my mid 20s and was sick of the cold winters here, tired of living at home, I did not have a SO ...
Now I am older, I have found a nice girl, I have my own house and the weather is much better I am happy to be where I am.

Location is the only reason I keep a resume on the job sites...
I like my boss, and he's competent, and he treats me well.
My coworkers are low-key, competent, and friendly without requiring me to socialize with them (my social lifestyle doesn't lend itself to including work colleagues).
The projects I get (especially the last two years) almost invariably give me a chance to expand my skills and experience.
I have quite a bit of scheduling flexibility.
My salary isn't fantastic, but it's enough for comfort, especially with my wife's income added to the pot.
The only problem? It's a 45-mile one-way commute, which can easily become a 2-hour trip in inclement conditions. I can work from home on the worst days, but it would really be nice to cut that commute down. I have to say it's partly my own fault: before I met my wife, I lived 1.1 miles from work, but it was an apartment, my wife had the house, with two kids at home who walked to school, and her two parents living behind her house (both in their late 80s)....so it was obvious which of us were going to have to move 
So I keep an eye out for local jobs (not many in the area around Reading, PA, and those that are there often require extensive travel). Every so often the commute gets to me and I refresh my resume, and in the meantime I keep trying to acquire new skill sets (take notice: I'm 50+, but I ain't dead yet so I keep learning...you should, too ).

I travel 5 miles to get to work which takes about 25-30 minutes each way. I'd hate to spend longer than this. I worked out that if I had to travel twice as far (to Leeds), I'd need around a 4K increase in salary to stay level!
In 2001, I gave up a job which required me to commute from Yorkshire to Swindon every other week for a day because of the travelling, even though it paid twice as well as the "local" job. At my age, I now savour the quality of life rather than quantity!

I think of about a job that is giving me 100,000 Euro per DAY, but with not very good environment and with not very good people to work with...

It depends!
If you find a job that pays 100K/day and cause an illness that costs 1000k/day to be cured or even won't be cured at all, will you do it?
I believe there are environments and teams that I even might pay some money just to let me leave, also I might stay working in a company/job that pays less but I feel I'm more happy.
In the long run, I believe team, job, the boss all matter to me more than the money while it cannot be ignored either.
