Hi all,
I am a new learner of ASP.NET, i trying to learning by creating project, basicly the project is really simple it only content a few aspx files, but there is no login form
when i run it, it running ok but when i publish to the web and browsing it, there error that frustrating me, i want this everybody could browse the web without have to login first, couse is only gives information, but i got this error

Hi Abbas,
Lets try to do this once more in a simple manner. I think the problem is in setting up the site.
1). Right click on your solution and publish it to a new folder, could be any location.
2). Now go to IIS and create a virtual directry and set the LocalPath to the new folder you created.
3). In IIS in the ASP.NET tab for ASP.NET version select 2.0 (If you are working in that version)
4). In IIS go to Documents tab and add your detault page and make it to top.
5). In IIS go to directry security and go to Edit and at the bottom there is a check box "Integrated Windows Authentication" make it checked true.
6). And OK it.
Now browse the site and see..

Im using this function to open a pop up window. But im using it on a treeview and once a node is clicked it pops up the frmlocation page.
My problem is if i click more that one nodes the pop up appears more than once. How do i stop this from happening, i want to have one frmlocation page opened at a time.

Try putting target New and setting return = false. That seemed to work for me

i have a report viewer inside a div tag,which has got an id,
a print button at the bottom of the form.
When i click the print button a pop up window gets opened which includes the output vales and at the same time the window's print window too gets opened which asks the printing details
after giving printing details and starting the print
MY PROBLEM
1)in the first page only the heading and the page number , page link address and current date are displayed
2) in the next page i am getting proper output of report but it even includes
i) the page link address at the bottom and
ii)the current date
iii)a thick line at bottom which is not needed
i only need the report values in the print out
Please help me

This is determined by the printer setup dialog - use the File/Page Setup menu option, and clear the Headers and Footers sections. This is not something you can control on other users' machines, only your own.
