1. Open program the in WinDBG.
2. When loader breakpoint is hit select "Debug"->"Event Filters" from the menu.
3. Find "Visual C++ exception" in the list.
4. Remember the settings in the radio buttons in case you wish to put them back later.
5. Select "Enabled" and "Not Handled" in the radio buttons.
6. Press "Close".
7. Continue execution.
