Ok.. I need to expand all category or collapse all.
I need to change the category name of "MiSC" to some thing meaningful

Those category names come from the System.ComponentModel.CategoryAttribute that decorate the public properties of the object being displayed in the property grid. Generally, the "Misc" category holds those properties that don't have this attribute. If you are displaying an object of your own making, then you need to add the attribute, which will move them out of "Misc". If you want to "move" other (inherited) properties, you need to override or hide them and change the attribute accordingly.
To expand categories you can do this:
PropertyGrid pg = new PropertyGrid();
pg.ExpandAllGridItems();
pg.CollapseAllGridItems();
GridItem gi = pg.SelectedGridItem;
if (gi.GridItemType == GridItemType.Category)
{
gi.Expanded = true;
}

Hi all,
In my web application, I tried to execute the Oracle stored procedure using the ODBC.
But it is giving an error like "Invalid SQL Statement".
Can any one tell me why and help me to get rid of this?

Is suspect the answer is in the message "error like Invalid SQL Statement" does indicate to me that your sql statement is not valid. Pull it out and see if it runs as PL/SQL

Dear Bob,
Actually the same is working with Oracle client and the command is of stored procedure type.
Due to some other issues I am unable to use the Oracle client and I am trying to use ODBC and it is throwing this error.

Well, I suspect if you stop the code in debug and actually extract what is being passed in ther will be something that is different, otherwise it would work.

i want to save the fax receive from the modem to an image file to be save in the database..
is that possible??
even to convert it to msword format???

I guess you read the fax into a stream. Try this:
<br />
Bitmap bmp = (Bitmap)Image.FromStream(myStream);<br />
bmp.Save(myFileName, myFormat);<br />
Then you can add the file name to your database or convert the image into an appropriate BLOB format.

Ms Word format is for text documents. A Word document can contain images, but an image itself cannot be an Word document. I guess you want to create a document with an image on the first page. You'll find everything you need on MSDN. Look for MS Word Object Model and COM automation.
