It is a good way to do it. In my loging page i am saving the login id in a session variable which i am using all over the application as usual. Here the problem is,if i am doing any operation immediately after login that session value is working. if i stop any operation for 5 mts and continue to do like insert,update etc,it is giving error.Error is about expecting the session variable's value. how can i give a message that session has been expired and one must login again. The problem is arising only when i stop somtime and continue to do something from stopping point. kissy
