Hi
I have some very fussy users.
Normally when you tick a tickbox it shows a tick in the box.
They requested a X to show in the box,
any1 know if thats possible?

I think that is not possible but instead of checkBox,you can also use images like as checkbox. Take two image with and change alternate both image and store value in hidden field.If it is chcked,value is 1 otherwise value is 0.

Hello everyone,
I have an ASP.Net web application that is using Asynchronous paging. I have checkboxes on it, the value of each checkboxes are IP addresses. If a user has checked all checkboxes then the program will collect all IP address. The program works fine if a user only check 1 checkbox only, the most complicated part when a user checks multiple checkboxes. The reason why I am using checkbox control is because I am collecting data that are came from different SQL server thru the IP addresses of checkboxes, and merge all data using dataset if a user checks multiple checkboxes. I will show you my code:

Above codes are only used if there is 1 IP address, my problem is how can I enhance my program that can use multiple Asycnrhonous tasks? Would that be possible? I know that we can use multiple Asynchronous processing, but how can I do that dynamically?

just use += to keep adding a selected checkbox value to a session if thats where you want to store it

Oh, I already did that and it is also works fine. But I think the problem with that is although I am using asynchronous technique, the way my program is being called is not parallel because I am using a loop. If the
first task is not completed yet then the next task will have to wait until the first task is completed. I will show you my code:

Above code are works fine, but as I have said the way my program being called is not parallel. Is there any other technique that should I consider? I think the only way is using dynamic call of procedure to run the sql query and merge it thru dataset. Is that possible? The code that runs the sql query is residing in task.OnBegin function.

Hi,
I creating a websetup project after creating that i could get only that installation file image icon, how can i add my own image to that one.it should be my icon,while double clicking that the installation process should be done.how ca i achieve this one..

While we are creating setup file, the setup file look likes the installation file view, either we can change into our customized image icon to that installation setup.in asp.net 2.0
