hmmmm...If your bosses are impressed by 16 hour days, I'd suggest to you that they aren't really concerned with your work output...most bosses are more impressed with work output that is accurate, reliable, on time, and under budget...most of the bosses I've worked for look at constant overtime as a sign that the developer is having trouble doing his job during normal work hours, or is using the extra hours for work on their own agenda, not their employer's...The ones that were impressed with long hours had no idea of what I was actually doing (which may be the case for you)...If I were your boss, I'd kick your butt out of the place after ten hours, because any work product produced after that I would suspect to be buggy and ill-thought due to too many hours working...if you are using the extra time to learn more about your programming environment, then be honest (with us, at least Laugh | :laugh: ) and don't call it "work."
