I have noticed that recently. When I vote on any article, the page refreshes and the article rating info is gone. When I refresh again, it comes back.

When posting a message click on your signature so that it turns into editing mode, then click back at the message you were typing. The cursor has disappeared!

Which browser? I've seen this before I think in Firefox but not sure the cause. As best I could tell it was because the signature box was stealing focus and not giving it back.

I suspect it is the problem. When I click the signature box second time cursor is at the same position as it was on previous click.

The bug is not is CP code, but I it is FireFox which is the problem. The problem happens probably because the caret shown by FireFox is not a regular windows caret but custom drawn bar. I don't think the implementation of emulating the caret is perfect yet in FF.

maybe a related little bug: smileys don't work in the signature box:
- in edit mode, you can enter say : ) (without a space)
- in non-edit mode, it still is : ) (instead of the intended smiley)
- in message preview and actual message, it shows a smiley

of course it is minor, nothing much to worry about.
BTW: people start to pick up on my latest sig, it already gets approved and adopted by some.
Even Christian is with us, he is getting more one votes than ever before.

I get some odd errors like that. The cursor flashing really fast for example. And the backspace key not working (you have to leave the text box, then go back for it to work). But since i've got other odd stuff happening all over windows, i'm gonna point the blame on my PC.
Hmm, cursor won't dissapear though.
My current favourite word is: Bacon!

Almost everything is fine, except that after adding article to bookmark caption "please wait..." remains forever, although article is added correctly to bookmark.
My browser is Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.14.

When I'm not logged in and looking at someone's profile it says 'You must be logged in to view other member images'
However when I'm looking at the articles posted page the member image is displayed.

I noticed this when I started looking around for my NAS article.
The "Chapters" menu on the left side of the screen doesn't appear to provide a way to get to the hardware section where my NAS article should be
EDIT: Nevermind - I found it, although I think maybe an article like that belongs more in a (new) hardware section then under "Desktop Development".

My article about Building a homemade NAS is missing from my articles list.
EDIT - My profile still says 30 articles, but my list of articles only shows 29.

This is because it is missing "Subject" Attributes.
The appearance of the articles on different sites (.NET/Java/LAMP) is drivven by attributes.
Your article has only "Intermediate" attribute, which shows its level, but that attribute does not belong to any site (which is the reason, you do not see it).
I fixed it now, so you article should reappear in the list
We will enforce selecting "Subject" Attributes in submission wizard itself.

When you post an article there is a set of scroll boxes with attributes that allows you to specify the attributes (language, platform etc) that should be associated with your article.
The problem is we didn't have a 'Hardware' attribute (no more than we have a 'Software' attribute but we'll dodgy something up and get it back in the limelight.
