If your application is related to OLE then you can use COleDocument class to get Doc/View architecture support of MFC.

I need to change the static IP address of a machine programatically.I tried to change the IP at Registry location , HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\Interfaces. But this change is taking effect only after restart of the computer. Is there any method to change IP without restart of the computer ? I tried AddIpAddress() function it shows some problem in version compatibility. I am using Visual C++ 6.0.

When I try to include "iphlpapi.h" it shows some error inside visual C++, not in my program.It says some stucture inside iphlpapi.h is undefined.

use WM_SIZE notification to catch all resizing events like minimize, maximize, resize etc....

That exactly what i did -
I add breakpoint to the function OnSize that call when WM_SIZE is notify.
And in minimize the window i don't stop on my breakpoint.
IS there is some other way ?

I think this OnSize is sufficient to handle resizing events.
Did you check UINT nType==SIZE_MINIMIZED to catch minimize events? Also check for Debug configuration mode to go through breakpoints.

Write a handler for WM_SYSCOMMAND and look at the nID parameter. From top of my head, the code for minimize was SC_MINIMIZE.
