Hi,
I have an dll (Test.dll) thats been registered in GAC. I have an web site that has an reference of Test.csproj (rather than Test.dll GAC DLL file).
Firstly when I try compiling the web site I getting following message in the pop up box:
The following module was built either with optimizations enabled or without debug information:
C:\WINDOWS\assembly\GAC-MSIL\Test\1.0.0.0_4DB7AC663E1B5524\Test.dll
To debug this module, change its project build configuration to Debug mode. To suppress this message, disable the 'Warn if no user code on launch' debugger option.
Secondly inspite of the project reference, I am not able to debug the referenced Test.csproj project code.
Surprisingly when you refer a project over the GAC dll, you should be able to debug the referenced project code.
Do I require to perform any Visual Studio 2005 Debugging settings?

hi,
I'm working on making a Spanish version of my website and at the moment I'm trying to make a simple form where I'm giving an ImageButton on top with the Spanish flag so that one could get its spanish version on clicking it. I've made two resource files (index.aspx.resx and index.aspx.en-US.resx) Now I'm trying to change the resource file used by using the following code but its not working. It just doesnt give any outcome except for the same ol page in en-US.
Can any one plz tell me how to change the resx file used behind the scenes.

Typing Mistake
culture_object = new CultureInfo("es-ES");
Correct
culture_object = new CultureInfo("es-US");
change is ES to US

I tried to use es-US but thats the exception:
System.ArgumentException: Culture name 'es-us' is not supported.

If I have to store a set of photos for each user, is it good to save those photos in the database or keep separate folder for each user for those photos

I would prefer saving the photos in a seperate folder coz in the long run the size of the db can really go sky high.

You can use either Database to store or
You have to store only extension in database and give user id as file name to photo of every user.

It depends on the database space you have. If you have good database space, keeping images in database won't be a problem. Also it prevents users accessing image file directly typing through URL.

if you store image in database then image will store as a binary format. and while retreaving the image it may cause losses of quality of image.
i can prefer you to store image in a folder and store the corresponding path in database and retrive from it.

yup. i have post the same question in asp.net forum on active directory section. but the response which i have got that is , they are using one DB and seaching is done from DB. on schedule job will update DB from AD.
But i dont want any depenecy with Database server.
Main problem is the huge data. Thats whay i am thinking making it like OWA 2003. where first user will give input and Address book will manupulated those data from AD only.
What do u think?

i design one website. it's work at the client site. but when i see at the real ipaddress it's does not work properly,,
it's give error :-->

pz help on the above problem. i could not know how it's happen, bz it's work very good at the client side but it do not work on the ipaddress

just i open the word file, its give error such like the word file can not be found,
is's a permission issue or another issue really i do not know, but i know only this things, it's working properly on the server debugging mode but its not working on the real ip address, then what i do?

HI All;
I used CreateUserWizard controle and I customized it to be suit with my needs for exapmle I add new step to it to add the new user in specific Role
and i made this roles in RadioButtonList control when i click on Btn its add the created user in the selected role
my Question is How can i get the selected value from the RadioButtonList
which is in the CreateUserWizard in CompleteStep
and here is my code but it's not working
