MDB File Creation Problem

Hi,

I am creating dynamically mdb file after that immediately I am useing created mdb file as database file using ASP.net.

I used filestream to create a file. File created but when I am creating table using ASP.Net into that mdb file it gives the error that unrecognised database format at the time of opening file.

Stop spamming the boards. What is the use of posting the same question over and over ? You have got many replies which says you can't do this. Your file is not in MDB format. So you can't do it.

I am successfully able to generate crystal report using strong typed dataset. I have used Page_Load event to display the report. The code is

ViewOppCrystalReport rpt = new ViewOppCrystalReport();
CrystalReportViewer1.HasPageNavigationButtons = true;
DataTable dtCrystalReport = new DataTable();
dtCrystalReport = (DataTable)Session["keySearchResult"];
rpt.Database.Tables[0].SetDataSource(dtCrystalReport);

this.CrystalReportViewer1.ReportSource = rpt;
this.CrystalReportViewer1.DataBind();

But my problem is it always shows the first page. When i click on the next toolbar button, empty page will be displayed.
Do i need to write a code under the following event.

private void CrystalReportViewer1_Navigate(object source, CrystalDecisions.Web.NavigateEventArgs e)
{

}

OR

Any formula i need to create.. Please share the code or your experience in this field. I am new to crystal reports. Its Very urgent Frown | :(

You can't execute a JS function from server. JS works on the client browser. You can send JS scripts to the response which will be registered to the rendered page. Use ClientScriptManager.RegisterStartupScript()

In my application i am generatind some id by the C# code and now i have to pass this value to tha javascript funtion.

this all code occour on a single button click..
Now wht to do....

When i am trying to execute both the code javascript code executes first and C# code comes letter..that is wht i don't want...
What can i do now...

You can't change this. Tell me what you are trying to do. What you are doing in JS after a server side processing ? Are you trying to show some alerts ?

You can declare a public variable in the code behind and can be accessed in JS like this

Hi Navaneeth

In my application i am generating a random name that i have assigned to an image.
now through javascript i want to access this name in the clipboard.......
So that he/she can paste it whereevrhe wishes.

I am unable to get it as javascript code executes before the name generated......

Problem in copying data to clipboard

Hello friends...

In my application i have to copy some text on the clipboard.
But i am unable to do it using window.setdata() meathod of javascript..

One of the the other meathod that i found is using execCommand() meathod but it works only with IE not with Firefox....

Is there any other way to do this...
