Hi,
I am developing a .Net application, which will create the Website/Virtual Directory, creates an Application pool and configures the application pool to run under specified user account. I want to add this user account to the worker process group IIS_WPG.
I am using DirectoryServices to Create Website/Virtual directory and application pool. But I am not getting how to add the user to IIS_WPG group.
How can I add the user to IIS_WPG group using .Net classes or any other way?

His profile says "Bangladesh". It's a separate country (and not part of India). So perhaps what you meant to say is, "I see you are from a country that borders India."

No. It said India. Now when I look at his profile, the username has changed, and the country says Bangladesh. I suspect he changed the country when he changed his username.

The flickering you describe is standard behaviour for what you are currently doing, basically it brings the user's attention to the form called with ShowDialog(), indicate it must be closed or some operation performed before they may go back to the parent form. I wouldn't worry about it.

Does it still happen if you set the 'Form2.TopMost = true;' property?

Hi All ,
I am distributing a stand-alone desktop Windows application with embedded database, I want to connect to a database from the client machine without having to install any database engine not even SQL Express on the client's Machine.
I read some articles that this is possible as the .Net 2005 has this new feature , but I am not sure ow to do it. Can you please help ?

If you install database engine on server computer, you can connect to it from client machine without installing database on the client side.

yeah , that's true and I will connect to the Database on the server with webservice , but as u know that will take some time on the client side so what I was thinking of having a temp database on each client side to connect to get and save data from clients and then update the database on the server side just to save time and optimize the client application . Hope u can help me

You can use Sql server compact edition, which uses just a single file and several dlls to run, to store data and later synchronize it with main database but compact addition has some limitations.
