Hey Abhishek,
there isnt any control in ASP.NET to show the Presentation or slides, for that you must have to use any third party control like Aspose Slides this will provide you the Power Point Management For ASP.NET, Or you have to develop a control using VSTO (Visual Studio Tools For Office). For rest of the Application ASP.NET and Ajax is Sufficient  .

I have been thinking of converting the entire presentation into images that I will display on a web page. MS Power Point allows you to save the entire presentations as images. Instead of embedding a new control, I think we can just make a simple interface with a few buttons and a timer and an image on the page to show the slides.
Also MS Power Point allows you to save a whole presentation as a web page. This could also help.
What do you feel about this?

hi,
normally i am binding a dropdownlist inside a updatepanel. when i click the button event is fired. it shows updateprogress icon and the dropdownlist is filled. when i click the button second time it takes more time to get filled.
i observed that when i bind few thousands records to the dropdown and click the button for the second time to fill the dropdown it takes much less time. but when i increase the number of records to say above 10000 it does not hang but it takes more time to get filled on the second time when the button is clicked

Some body help me.

I think for that you have to create custome Culture, Region etc !!
Try to use concept Globalization . This is the way that you can try !!!

Our requirement is to have a site in indian languages. Any where from the world we should display the font in these indian languages. I dont know how can Culture and region or globalization help me. Any article or site with a sample would really help me.

Hi everybody,
I created a site using asp.net 2.0. That site has an html file which used to read and write some html codes at runtime. But I got an error message that is "Access to the path 'D:\WWWRoot\bolt.cc\www\Admin\Msg.htm' is denied." I talked with the service providers. They told me that they give full permission to that file. Also I checked the permission though the site control panel. The file has full permission to read and write. It is working correctly in the local mechine. This error occured at the time of open the file to write. Can you please tell the reason of this error?
