This is Hide for Design Time.

If U want to hide column in design time.
For example, you want to hide first column.
GridViewName.Column[0].Visible = false;

hi friends...
I am developing the project using webservice..and attached the webservice code here..
here I am getting error like Server was unable to process request-> Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Page_Load(....)
{
srch.AuthHeader au = new srch.AuthHeader();
au.UserName = "gizmogeek";
au.Password = "srch10242";
srch.Srch test = new srch.Srch();
srch.SearchResults s = new srch.SearchResults();

s = test.GetSearchResults_soap("hotels", "bangalore", 1, 500); //error

}

anybody will know plz reply me....

yes I put break point ..and ckecked line by line

srch.Srch test = new srch.Srch();//here we can get srch.srch
srch.SearchResults s = new srch.SearchResults();//here we can get srch.SearchResults

s = test.GetSearchResults_soap("hotels", "bangalore", 1, 500); //here its saying error

I would like inform you another things....here we are using third party server...but I dont thats a problem or not....

Did you check whether "test" object is null or not?

Okay. Let's do one thing..

if(test == null){
Console.WriteLine("The test object is null");
}
else{
s = test.GetSearchResults_soap("hotels", "bangalore", 1, 500);
}

Set the breakpoint in "if" line and check where it goes..

Is the URL of your webservice correct? Sometimes, what happened is that the URL which is used in proxy class is wrong.

Have you tried to call other methods (except GetSearchResults_soap) from this webservice? (Just for checking whether this webservice is working or not )

If all other methods from this webservice are working fine then this error might be from GetSearchResults_soap so you should contact with your third-party webservice group..
