By "in some cases CSV Files have more field and their order is not like the same as table fields" do you mean that the order changes, or simply that more fields are included on the end?
In the case of records having more fields, you could use File Helpers:

and simply program against a full (complete) recordset.
If, on the other hand, you are suggesting that you recieve multiple formats of csv files that do the same thing, you should a) track down and harangue the person who thought this was a good idea b) See if you can rationalise the formats and make everybody use the same format c) if b isn't possible, see how many formats you are dealing with and if each csv file tells you what format it's in in someway d) use file helpers to build multiple import routines to cater for each csv type.

I think you have a misunderstanding of what the master page concept is. It does not apply to Windows forms.

You can simulate the MasterPages effect by either using Panels and showing/hiding them as appropriate, or by creating a common form as a base class (complete with menus) and then inheriting your new forms from this.

I ran gacutil /i on my dll.
Received good confirm message.
Double check it at C:\WINNT\assembly
But when I try to reference it through VS2005,
I doesn't show up.
I must be doing something wrong any ideas.

My library is one of the projects but is not set to build.
The project referencing the library is also in the solution.

Hi,
I am currently making a program which is hopefully going to have the ability to me multi-lingual. I need to find a way of auto-sizing the controls like labels, groupboxes etc to the size needed to contain the text retrieved from each different language resource file.
Currently programming in C# 2005.
Any help appreciated.

Is there any way to measure the download and upload capabilities beforehand when sending and receiving files via TCP transmission based on the file size of the file being sent or received?

I think the only way to get an accurage measurement is to actually send something over the pipes.
You could factor in things like network card capabilities, or the type of connection (modem? LAN? VPN? etc.). You could also remember previous transmission speeds and use that for a guesstimate.
There are also web services available to test your connection speed. Of course, these services simply send something across the pipes to gather the speed information.

What exactly are you having trouble with? Do you need help with getting this date margin? How to store it? How it insert it into your report?

1st i wanna thank u for ur help...
i have to issues at hand that i need to setle:
1- i have a crystal report that displays records selected from a DB within a date margin meaning between 2 dates. these two dates are inputed from the UI, what i want is to include these 2 dates on my report in a certain field as header or whatever...
2- is it possible to dynamically remove(at run time) a certain field that i have in my report.. i have initialy 4 fields, i want to remove a certain field is it possible.

I didn't see this in any of the forums, so I am posting a new message.
I am trying to view a designer (UI) of a form in my project. The UI doesn't open and I get this error "The control System.Windows.Forms.TabControl has thrown an unhandled exception in the designer and has been disabled".
I haven't been able to find much seaching the web, Code Project or dnzone.com.
Anyone experience this problem before?

If you did it correctly, the debugger should break when the file is not found. Simply investigate the line it's crashing on - what method call is failing, and what arguments are you passing to it?

Still didn't work as initially planned, but I was able to get some information out of the Visual Studio error message after clicking the Debug button.

Ok, the MPSAPI may be the problem. Are you calling into this MPSAPI dll in your constructor anywhere?

The other error I get when trying to open the UI is...

I tried to included the snag-it capture of the message box, but it doesn't look like that can be done on this site.
