I have the following hyperlink in my GridView. I want two values to be passed on to another aspx page when I click on hyperlink.
<asp:hyperlinkfield datatextfield="proxy" headertext="Proxy" navigateurl="~/Proxy.aspx" datanavigateurlformatstring="Proxy.aspx?FirstName={0},LastName={1}" datanavigateurlfields="FirstName,LastName">
In My proxy.aspx page I did the following to get the values. But it giving me
Mary LastName=Miller
But the output should be
Mary Miller

this.Label1.Text = Convert.ToString(yourValue + yourValue2);

i m using InProc mode for session in web config,I have set session Timeout="60" for both cookies and session.But all session expires anytime (say after 5 min or 10 min,sometimes 30 min) even when i browsing pages.My application is on single server and i am Not doing any updation for application.
As the session Timout not occurs,so it doesnot redirect me to login page.
Can anyone help me regards this problem???

Sessions can timeout for several reasons. Maybe the ASP.NET process is recycling. Or, you are running low on memory in which case sessions that have been inactive for a long time would be deleted.
Using StateServer mode for the session will allow your session to be maintained when the ASP.NET process recycles.

I have developed a pagination control for controlling which page of data is displayed in a grid at any one time. It takes e.g. 406 employee names, and a max page size of 15, then divides the employees alphabetically between each of a set of page buttons. Each page button has e.g. A to B, like this:
Adm to Bon
Bon to Cas
Cha to Far
Fik to Ila
Ire to Kat
Kes to Mar
Mar to Nei
Neo to Rob
Rom to Sha
Shi to Tha
The to Vir
Vuy to zzA
zzA to zzB
zzB to zzC
....
Now, how should I present this in a web UI? My first consideration is a scrolling table of buttons to the right of the display grid, with auto-scrolling when the mouse pointer moves over the top or bottom edge. Any advice on the aesthetics of this or better suggestions will be appreciated from all the web types on this list.

HI, i am new with V Studio 05, i found that some times my partial class get mess up and and my pages stop working fine, for example this is a new page i create, empty on.
this is the aspx file

Sorry, I don't know of any library - however, judging by the QIF spec: http://web.intuit.com/support/quicken/docs/d_qif.html[^]
You should be able to write your own fairly easily.

I am doing header sorting in my datagrid(ASP.NET 1.1). While doing i am getting underline under each column name of datagrid. I have four columns in my datagrid but i am using header sorting only for three columns. So those three columns showing underline remaining one not showing underline.
So i would like to remove underline from those three coulmns also.
Is anyone has solution for this.
Pls reply me...

Because that will be rendered as a link. You can hide underline by applying styles. Add the following to your style sheet.

}
A:hover
{

If you remove underline for all columns, I think it will be tough for user to understand which column having sorting facility.

i want to make procedure can decrease totalcost from order table(database:games.dbo) with balance in bill table(database:bank.dbo). my 2 database in same server is name "boy"
i have 2 database like: bank.dbo and games.dbo
in games.dbo, have a table name is order(user_id,no_order,date,totalcost)
in bank.dbo, have a table name like is bill(no_bill,balance)
this is a list of bill table

when customer insert no_bill(111222) in page and click a button, then bill table became

is procedure can take data from 2 database?

You can't do this directly with javascript. May be using AJAX can do. But I am not sure regarding binding as usual. I think You need to get data from server and parse all XML nodes and create table tags using javascript.
