You can use CSS if your div is a fixed size and set the overflow:auto style.

by using 'Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel.dll' can we set print settings of an excel file?

i have a rate button in my application.when ever it is selected for the firsttime it should work.when it is clicked for second time it should not work...
can u give me the idea how to do this

Its very simple. First of all allow the user to register to rate it. and store the rating in the Database and again if he/she is rating just sent a pop-up that "You have rated already".

And please make sure that before posting the questions read the guidlines and post the question.

And be careful in mentioning the Subject.

Hereafterwards don't put the subject as "help me Plz" be specific to the question and make it a ssubject.

ok,i will rename the subject.thanx 4 quick response.

i allowed the user to rate.and i made the rate button invisible after giving rate.but when ever that page loaded again it is allowinf the user to rate it.

Allow the User to rate only once. Once if the user voted and get the data and store it in the DB and once again if the user tries to vote pls send the message that "you have rated it before."

I am using Visual Studio 2005 and ASP.Net to develop a Web application. I created a web usercontrol that contains a Repeater. I bind the repeater to a DataTable that is loaded from a database. Each row in the repeater has a CheckBox. Is it possible disable certain of the checkboxes/rows depending on some criteria?

For example the repeater will show all students that have classes for that day. That means a student may appear in more than one row in the repeater, but he can only physically attend one class at a time. Therefore I would like to disable the other rows or checkboxes for that student so that the teacher cannot check more than one checkbox by accident.

Can this be done and how would I go about it?

issue is

in child page.... when i clik on the (master) button iam not able to retain the value of (master) text box...

plz help me out

Suppose: You have one textbox called "TextBox1" in MasterPage. You wanna get the value of Textbox1 from child page..

So, use the following code.

object txt = this.Master.FindControl("TextBox1");<br />
Console.Write(txt.Text);

humm..

You have one textbox called Textbox1 and Button1 in your Masterpage. what you wanna do is that you wanna get the value of textbox1 in the click event of button1.

Is that what you want??

hey

iam using postback url for (master) button to redirect to another child page
where i need to display the data....

In master page

i want to play a single background sound\music through out my website. I dont want to break the sequence of this BAckground sound even the page changes.

Very tough requirement.... Blush | :O

Maybe. you can create the whole website with Flash.

OR maybe. you can use ajax to change the page without loading the whole page.

1. When the website homepage loads make a frameset like 0%,100% with 0 border.
2) Your website should in the 100% frame always.
3) Now you can have a EMBED tag with the sound\music with loop=1 in the top frame.

some times session end so but the data is not disply &(closed).so .how to restrict this problem plz tell me as soon as possible.....
