Hello,
It's not a critical one but:
The problem ocurse in 'search comments'.
If I put 'Martin#' in Autors Box and search, all is fine.
But if I than press 'next' for switching to next page, the Autors Name changes to 'Martin' and no results where found.

And 'Author' is consistently misspelt in your post as 'Autor'. (the 'h' is missing).

1)
I was thinking of a possibility (or a must maybe) to give a comment on a vote.
This could prevent the useless lines on the forum like:
"Do not double post!"
"Don't ask for homework!"
"Have you googled?"
An other advantage is (if it is a must from lets say a vote from 1 to 3) that you get a feedback, why you got downvoted. (I see that very often that a question or even an answer got downvoted for no special reason. That sucks!)
There would be the question of anonymity, which should be answered from the CP members, in the forums I guess.
2)
I think a possibility to mark a question as "sufficient answered" would also be interesting.
This flag can only be set from the one who posted the question (of course).
Maybe a way to mark this line would be a modifide "?" symbol!

But apart from that, I personally would know how serious this vote is.
And that's the main point for me. I would like to learn here on the forum, that's one reason why I'm answering questions here. If I make a silly answer and get a '1' vote for that I would like to know why. If there is a comment like you discriped, I don't give a .... on it!

How about Tags/Labels like in BlogSpot for forum messages and articles in CP. That would mean more efficient searching right?

Personally I'm always looking for CP smileys in MSN rather than the other way around, CPs smileys can provide a lot of emphasis on the main body of text, unlike the ones in (is it?) Live Messenger.

In Survey Text Answers, I would suggest the textbox be enabled with AutoSuggest. For simple reasons that a product might be duplicated in the text answers with various lexical permutations. For example, I might be typing Html-Kit. Another one might be typing HtmlKit and so on.
