Hi, All 
I have a critical problem. I have created a table which is completely dynamic having some textboxs, checkboxs, dropdowns etc. It contains data from database. I stuck when I click on Edit and then Update. The Update button's event handler is not able to access modified data rather it is accessing the old data. I am using c# and asp.net 2.0. I am using user control which contain this table. Is there any way to retrieve modified data from the textbox.
Plz Help me out..

first you must save your changed data to session or some other way in page.
Then in update method use that value so you will get updated value.

Hi kumarjammula,
First of all install this toolkit. You will get new panel in Toolbox. You need to select Ajax enabled website when u will create a new website. Suppose you have one textbox and a button which generate postback event. You need put update panel from the Ajax panel in your webform. Then put the Textbox inside the update panel. write some code which chages the text of the textbox. You will relize not entire the web is being refreshed rather only update panel. For more information go for Google.

No. Cookie value is written in only logon button's click event. Not any other place

hello friends...
i m facing problems, while appending a file with (.txt) extention on server. I have a textarea on in a web page, user types some text and clicks save button. and the text in textarea must be replaced with the text in file on server named ( lets say mytextfile.txt).
i dont know any hint of how can i achieve this task... any help?

Use TextWriter to write into text file use streamWriter class to open the file
in the constructor of the streanWriter pass 2 parameters path and bool true or false to append the text to file like this
TextWriter textwriter = new StreamWriter("Path of mytextfile.txt", true);
textwriter.WriteLine(TextArea.Text.ToString()):
textwriter.Close();
