Let me cut thru the chase How do I get SQL Server 2K5 to return the details of errors that I generated with "RAISERROR" back to my C# app? When I run the application and a system error occurs, it's fine, I can catch it in my C# app, but I can't do the same with my custom errors. I hope this makes sense. Thank you. A TRY…CATCH construct on the local server handles remote batch abort errors only. If a remote stored procedure calls RAISERROR with severity less than 20 and the remote stored procedure is scoped within a TRY block on the local server, RAISERROR does not cause control to pass to the CATCH block of the TRY…CATCH construct. However, RAISERROR with severity 20 or greater on the remote server breaks the connection, and execution on the local server passes to the CATCH block." Basically I am making a rectangle with a border. The problem is I cannot get the JPEG to be transparent. I need everything but the part I draw to be transparent. I can't get this to work if I use GIF, JPEG, PNG... Nothing works. I have been searching for articles online and on codeproject but none solve my kind of problem. Remember I am not merging pictures and it isn't even a hint in the right direction. With that in mind thanks for any help or advice. This program is for EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES. (EG: Show students how the algorithim works) The setup was, the program will ask the user for the LIST SIZE (Array Size), then the program will ask the values for the array then it will sort the array. I used a list view to show a table of VARIABLES and the LIST. (Like high school simulation) The problem is, I need to "pause" the loop on every pass. Like in a console app, I put getch() to pause the loop on every pass. What I want is, after each pass, the LOOP will pause, and there is a command button that needs to be clicked to continue the loop again for 1 pass. Then pause again. I hope I did not confused you with my english. Thank you great masters.
