I have a web application which uses a c libraby. The c librabry is mapped using another c# library.
On running many applications concurrently the c library dll is getting locked

Hi, I need to open a calender popup window on click of an image...the popup width and height is set correctly. I need to show the popup at center of the screen...on any machine with any resolution the popup must open at center of the screen...
in the javascript function, i have:

How to make the popup open at center screen?

Hey all,
Can some kind sole please tell me how I write to a panel (using c# in .net)
from a page load event (the page load is irrelevant, it could be any event).
Basically I have a list of links being created as the page loads and I want them to be in one of two panels and I can't seem to find the answer anywhere.
any help will be appreciated

ok, thanks for that but its not where to write the code thats the problem.
Its what to write that I can't seemto find.
I have a panel called Panel1 and a panel called Panel2.
For layout reasons I have placed my web controls in Panel2 using VS2005, not a problem there.
When I load the page I am using the .aspx.cs file to generate a loop of files in a folder and write the list of them inside Panel1.
if I just response.write the it'll always appear at the top left of my page above my header etc, so I want to specifically write into Panel.
I tried out of desperation to write the whole page in the code behind page (everything between the body tags!) but of course then my webcontrols don't yet exist for VS to build the site.
Any other suggestions pleease?

Hi guys and gals.
I have a crystal report that makes use of an ado.net dataset. The problem is that this dataset is getting filled at run-time only. I dont know if I am just stupid, but I cant seem to set the datasource at runtime and bind the data to the report. Please help if someone know how to do this.

Tried this project already.
That only works if you use .NET 2003. Unfortunately not if you work with .NET 2005. There is something different, and for some or other reason I am missing it.

The code I gave you is from a .NET 2005 project albeit not an ASP.NET project, so I am thinking, maaybe it is something to do with the binding

where are using the connection settings? in web.config?
make a DSN and then use the DSN's connection settings to fetch the access file
|

Is the client set up to use anonymous access? Can the ASPNET user access the mdb file?

try with a DSN.

give the details
and then try giving in web.config lilke this

I am trying to provide a link to a file using the Response.Transmitfile.
Response.ContentType = "application/octet-stream";
Response.AddHeader("Content-Disposition", "attachment; filename=" + filename);
Response.TransmitFile(filepath);
This works fine. however if I use https and try to download the file from IE it gives me an error - IE was not able to open the internetwebsite. try again later.
however downloading of file works fine with firefox.so i guess i am missing some headers here.
any ideas what could be wrong.

I am not sure what you exactly telling
I think you want to do these html form element in the asp.net using c#
and accessing it.
Steps
1) add new web page to a project.
2) click on the source button, in that form tag add action and set
it to https://abc/MPI
3) add the hidden html tag add attributes runat="server". Do this
for all the controls.
4) now you can access the hidden control value from code behind
e.g In page_load
PX_VERSION.Value give the value stored in the control.
I think this what you want. if you have any doubt, post back to me.
