Try reading the "How to get answers to your question" post at the top.
Keep the subject line brief, but descriptive. eg "File Serialization problem"
Very Urgent is not descriptive and will more likely be ignored

Hi all,
i want to know, How to store data from one table to another table in a dataset.
* ex: dataset contains 2 tables.
one table has data, other is empty.

|
|
|
|
|
<br />
Clones the structure of the DataTable, including all DataTable schemas and constraints.<br />
DataTable newTable =ds.Tables[0].Clone();<br />
<br />
Iterate through the dataset assign data to new table <br />
newTable.Rows.Add(ds.Tables[0].Rows[0]);<br />
add new table to Dataset <br />
ds.Tables.Add(newTable);<br />
<br />
Thanks and Regards

Yes you can generate the Alert Message using Javascript.
But there is no need for alerting the message if teh user wnat to post the message please check he is logged in or not. that itself is ok.
Why are you trying to do the Application more complicated.

Satips.

A simple doubt. An aspx page is reading contents from XML file. Will this make any problem if more than one users accessing the page at a time. I use XMLTextReader to read XML files.

You mean question?
(I see that mistake a lot here, do you have any idea why it's so frequent?)

As long as you open the file only for reading, there is no problem.

Hi,
I posted yesterday about this and did not find a solution. I am trying to create a custom control using the instructions given here:
http://blogs.msdn.com/coding4fun/archive/2007/05/05/2429765.aspx
If I use the local host for running the site, it works fine. But if I try doing the same on our web server, I get the following message, even if I don't insert the custom tag into the aspx page:
<br />
Compiler Error Message: CS0246: The type or namespace name 'myControls' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)
NOTE: This error is shown when the page loads, and not when it compiles. It compiles without errors.
I'm using Visual Web Developer, although I also bought Visual Studio 2005 Standard recently. I am connecting to a remote web server using FTP.
Does anybody have any suggestions? This is driving me crazy. Any help would really be appreciated.
Thanks,
James
