But why it is not working for private???If i want to continue as private wat changes i have to make. Basically, the ASP.NET generates a dynamic class at runtime which inherits from the class defined in code-behind. You may consider using a label instead. Just curious you don't have even a name to display? It is for security reasons. Otherwise a malicious website can feed c:\winnt\system32\ and then upload the files from your system right?
