DataReader is faster than other control but it's connected and forward only.
u can choose as per your requirement.

ya, i have choosen Reader, thts absolutely right..
I mean if there is any other way which can increase the performaence in terms of time.

* You can install more memory in the SQL Server
* You can install faster hard disks in the SQL Server
* You can fine tune the indexes on the tables
I could go on if you wish, but you would be better buying a book on how databases work.

hi friends
i have textboxes in dataview for qty field and one command button.
now i update qty field on click of UpdateCommmand button.
and database is updated.
i have one usercontrol in which i bind qty and total price.
my problem is that when i update qty field in .aspx page then usercontrol is not updated records.
i want to rebind usercontrol when i click on button.
how to rebind?

I am very New For C# and Asp.net programming..I have Made Two C# Files..One Is First.cs having Class Name FirstClass On Public Access Level ..
Such As
**First.cs**
public class FirstClass : System.Web.UI..Page

And another File Second.cs Having Class SecondClass On Public Access level..
Such As...
**Second.cs**
public class SecondClass : System.Web.UI.Page

And i have Made One aspx file. Which IS user.aspx

My Problem Is That..
I have Included Second.cs file in user.aspx
How I can Create Object of FirstClass From First.cs In
The SecondClass Which is in Second.cs File..
I am Making Inline Program in asp.net ...
How i come over from this problem..

Then how i set the isolation level and transaction options...??

This problem is happening when we redirect from one page to another page within our website using response.redirect(With some query string values) then it is giving error "Host Unavailable"
FYI: The same thing is working fine in our staging server but having problem in Live only.
Anyone having some idea???

The code is simple .
1-You create the control.
2-You create the Event handler function i.e "dynamicHandler "
3.Create the event handler and assign it to the command of the button
t.Command += new CommandEventHandler(dynamicHandler);
now when the click of this button fires the function"dynamicHandler" will be executed where you can handle this event.
Hope things are clear now.
