generallary if we give response.write. it will be printed on top.But i don't want that.I want to display it in a desired location.Can we specify any location for Response.Write?If yes,how?

No, you can't.
You should only use Response.Write if you use it to output the entire page yourself.
Put a Label or Literal control on the page where you want the output, and assign it to the Text property of the control.

You can change LEFt & TOP as you wish.

Yes, you can do like that, but not if you want a well working web page.
The tag will be placed at the top of the html code, even before the doctype and html tags. This makes the html code invalid, and throws the browser into quirks mode. This is especially serious for Internet Explorer, because it renders the page quite differently in this mode.

Hi Friends,
I am using ASP.Net for my application. In that initially I tried something and it was working. But now i modified the aspx.cs page and when i try to run the application it is not working according to the modification. It shows only the previous results even though rebuild the solution. Can anyone tell me the solution.

Clean up vscache
restart the IDE and build your solution

VSCache is in
\Documents and Settings\VSWebCache\
you will see a folder with name of your project. Delete that folder.
REstart IDE and build again

Call the javascript function on "OnClick" event of submit button.
Do all the validations in the function
1. Return true if all validations suceeds, form will get posted.
2. Return false if any validation fails, form will not get posted.

but thing is where should i declare IncrementObject function and i want to pass value which i have to increment. Let me clear my self
suppose i have different type for numbers(i.e. sequential, numeric) ok? so in sequential increment will be done 1,2,3 like that. in numeric increment will be done like 1.0,1.1,1.1.1, or 2.0,2.1,2.1.1 OK???
SO for that i have one interface INumber

'so here increment by one will happen

hope you get me now when i am calling this function i am checking for its type. If it is sequential then i will call sequential's increment and if it is numeric then i will call numeric's increment function
Please tell me what should i pass in that function and return from that function

Above method accepts object of type INumber, so any number of classes in which you implement INumber interface can be passed as argument in this method and this method will execute appropriate logic of increment,
Instance of Sequential Type will execute its own increment method.
