SMTP has nothing to do with FTP. What platform are you using? ASP? ASP.NET? PHP? Drop this in the folder "C:\Inetpub\mailroot\Pickup" and see if that email is sent. It is kinda a test to make sure that emails are being sent, without using the web site. Another place to look would be the log files, if any mention of undelivered emails or any such message. Thanks.
