Try this:

hi all in my program i can create a new registry subkey under CLASS_ROOT, CURRENT_USER, USER & CURRENT_CONFIG But the programm can't Create a subkey under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE(But its possible under any sub node of LOCAL_MACHINE)
when i try for it the compiler shows the following message(An unhandled exception of type 'System.IO.IOException' occurred in mscorlib.dll

so how can i create a new sub key under LOCAL_MACHINE

I think that is impossible to create a key under HKLM. That is not allowed.

At The [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE AND HKEY_USERS] NODE the programm Only Works Under Sub Tabs And Not Useful For SECURITY Tab Under LOCAL_MACHINE NODE

just configure ur outlook for sendning and receiving mails in ur system. this has nothing to do with the coding part. after u finish configuring outlook in ur system whenever u click a link to mail it will open the outlook compose mail window.

You have to set the Members to public.
