QuestionInstall ActiveX without Admin Privileges Pin

Is this possible? I am trying to install a .ocx file without admin privileges using Regsvr32.exe C:\MyFile.ocx and I get an error message DllRegisterServer in C:\MyFile.ocx failed. Return code was: 0x8002801c. The reason I would like to do this without admin right is so my C++ program can auto install the .ocx before the program that is using my .ocx starts up. My C++ program has all the right code and does so very well under an admin account but not under a user account.

What I can’t do....
- Run the program or process as another user (like an admin user).

What I would like to do...
Option 1 - Allow the program or user to have write access to the registry. (This is what I think the main issue lies.)
Option 2 - Change the user from a user to an admin and then change them back to a user after installation.

Is any option one that is possible? How? With C++? Are there any more options?

Chris
