is there a way someone with a student account view or gain access to the admins account and view the password?

No. Whether you have an admin right you could not be able to view the password of another administrator. You can see from an article from an internet when an administrator lost the password, most of an article is reset to a new password, not recover from SAM database. Ok, in summary you have no chance to do this.
