I do think so the same.Microsoft has a hard road ahead to convince the existing generation of end-users to accept innovative devices and promote a new user interaction.

Maybe they are not so complicated at last, but end-users are used in a kind of interaction pretty much diffirent on desktop pc's and they await to find the same performance and behaviour in a mobile device.Of course this cannot be achieved.

Maybe we should start separating technology innovations to target groups and their needs.I do believe that is impossible for anybody (at least today) to need a UMPC.I don't know in the future.

I think that IBM's president in the early 70's had made a very pessimistic forecast on the infiltration of the pc's to the end-users.He was terribly wrong.

Time changes , needs changes, education curve of users changes but i believe there is a huge portion of the market that is flogged and follows blindly the trends independently of their needs.
