C / C++ / MFC

std::cin.read(Buffer,sizeof(Buffer));

1. Get the path of your Application using [GetModuleFilename]api.
   
2. Now extract the Directory from the this path using [_splitpath]
   
3. Check Is this directory is CD drive?[GetDriveType] if yes run the program else......
   
   
   This logic may not work well when some one is using
   S/W like vitural CD,Nero Image Drive
   etc.
