Well, Chris posted about it in the Lounge quite a few years back, so it can't be that secret.
And it can only be used by Codeproject users if I recall correctly.

Not sure what time period "back then" entails but I doubt that statement is true. Which doesn't mean that similar problem doesn't exist now but rather that any difference is trivial.

Survey Results - Should the edit survey page be available to regular users

You have to change the polls page filter to "all types" to find it, so the abuse potential is somewhat limited anyway.

there is no argument. After seeing poll after poll, I thought it was a feature. Seems to be cleverly disguised and somewhat hidden for reasons listed above.
