We used replicon, it sucks.

I am still waiting to find that expertly written code that is maintainable, has no bugs, which everyone likes and which costs nothing to write.
For that matter even a car or a lawnmower like that would be nice. Heck even my screwdriver and hammer don't work all the time.
But until I see it I will just keep going through life making do both in the tools that I use and even make accommodations in what I deliver myself so that it can actually deliver some value to someone at some point in time.

It's been a few weeks since I've posted a SOTW (and some of you actually missed me), but after a busy period I'm back 
Last week, I started watching Guilty Crown, a new anime on Netflix.
While I'm not so sure about the series, the soundtrack is pretty amazing.
The very first episode opens with this song and I loved it right away.
It kind of has the same flow as the ending theme of Steins;Gate and the main song of NieR: Automata, which were both popular SOTWs.
On an unrelated note, I started learning Japanese on Duolingo and I actually heard and understood some words in this song

Sander: what are your favorite animes? I tried Stein's;Gate, but wasn't too impressed, unlike Overlord and some others. My all-time favorite is Princess Mononoke, even though it isn't a series.

Yeah, I get that.
I didn't really get into it until the second half.
The first episodes are very slow, but the last episodes are great.

For series, some classics like Fullmetal Alchemist (and Brotherhood), Trigun and Cowboy Bebop.
I also really loved Violet Evergarden and Erased.
And The Disastrous Life Of Saiki K. is hilarious!
Probably my all time favorite (waiting for a new season) is The Seven Deadly Sins. Escanor is my favorite anime character of all time!
The only thing I disliked about it is the (completely out of place) sexual "humor", like pinching boobs and looking under skirts... Ah well, that's Japan I guess

I'm getting a new Azure VM ready to host several web apps and am to the point of getting an SSL cert for it. It appears that Let's Encrypt requires renewals more frequently than a 'store bought' ssl but that the renewal can be automated. I might be able to live with that.
Anyhow, to the point...anyone here using let's encrypt? Anyone had issues with it? Usually there is a reason things are free...limitations and such. Thanks for any suggestions/thoughts.

Edit: 4 hours later after receiving some encouraging reviews and I can't get it working! Using a GUI tool called certify, I got a cert installed easily, but no joy on connecting via https...now giving a dns error. (INET_E_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND) The certs (I now have 3 from trying different configurations to get it to work) appear to be valid on the server. The bindings appear to be correct as well. IIS 10 on Server 2016 if it matters.
<afterthought>
I'd hate to find out that my ISP's cable modem is blocking 443...probably not, but I'm running out of reasons why this won't work. wte would dns have to do with it...the sites show up fine with http, but not https.
