My only experience is a decade old but we chucked it out as it was too slow transforming the volumes we were trying to push through.
It was almost certainly caused by the developers, complete lack of knowledge of the product and short time frame.
the 3rd party also used XML as the transport format - for multi millions of records.
Built as CSV parser and chewed through the transforms using stored procs.

Because this thing on facebook was reported by The Daily Fail (LOL, see what I did there?) that means it is automatically untrue, so the post must have been fabricated by The Daily Fail in some way, and so must have been all of the replies. It's the only possible explanation because everything in The Daily Fail is untrue. I'm going to wait until the BBC writes about the exact same thing because that will instantly make it credible and true. Yes I know I haven't actually said anything about the quiz itself, but being a lefty liberal puppet allows me to apply ad hominem fallacies to things I disagree with and instantly dismiss the article and instead criticise your failings as a human being for posting a Daily Fail link (lol, see what I did there!)

So when changing colors of a bar or chart or whatever in SSRS, when you set the „Transparency“ of the color in the dialog, you’re really setting the OPACITY. I just spent a half hour wondering why every time I set a color in my report the damn element disappeared. And I hate working with reports, so that’s a half hour I want back, dammit…

So here I am, drinking and remembering my dead sister who was smashed by Melanoma 18 years ago pretty much to the minute. I got to donate Bone Marrow in what at the time was an experimental procedure for the particular type of cancer. The wankers involved pissed about for too many weeks before chemotheraping her Immune System to death as they were excited about the fact my Mother had died from Melanoma 7 years 7.5 months earlier.
Thanks for all the well wishers on CP 16.5 hours ago, but I won't see her again. Heaven, Jesus, Jehova Mohammed, Allah, Joseph Smith and all the rest are fictional characters to help the weak minded get through life.
