Well, since I can't get Sonar to even open a simple MIDI file, Win10 is being removed. Again. Damn Watchdog error, even after a clean install of everything. No errors in the Event logs. No nuffin'.
Works fine in 7. Even works fine in 8.1, but not 10.
But I'll try again in a couple months because I do like the rest of 10. Mostly.

Rather disconcerting but my reading of this:

is that my permission is not mandatory...

The article points however that there doesn't appear to be any mechanism by which your permission may be granted or denied. The implication would appear to be that if you use Spotify you are giving tacit consent for all this stuff and more. It looks like a return to the days when opening the box committed you to all kinds of conditions that were only listed inside it!
