A lot of features are added based on the Print Driver. One of the things the Live Cycle trainer hit on when I took that class was how careful the Adobe printer was at generating Adobe PDF file correctly vs other print options. Perhaps, the one time you printed you were on a machine with a licensed version of Adobe Acrobat? Alas, I don't have Visio or I would offer to print if for you with mine to test

I love the idea of the new season. I really want to see Bauer have to deal with the congestion charge, or cope with a belligerent bus driver. Never mind the 8 million traffic lights and 200 million roadworks. And how he'll cope with the change over at Bank is anybodys guess.

The market is pretty small, and they have to recoup their investment in converting a 240 year old work into electronic form.
Surely you as a confirmed capitalist, conservative, and accountant would not begrudge them the right to a profit, and to charge what market forces dictate?

I also get your argument, but it is not the same.
Once digitised it is done, so a reasonable price of say £10 would be acceptable.
And yes, there is the capitalist argument that they can price it how they want.
I also will be a capitalist and not buy it at that price!

Let say Amazon invested $5000 to make the electronic form. With the 5 books a year selling speed (and it's light speed for Euler's book - I remember learning his calculus  ) it will take a 100 year to get the investment back!!! Amazon can't afford that!
