It seems that if you put your Android OS language to Catalan (my mother tongue) and then you want Google navigation to speak you cannot get it to work.
Of course it is clear that Google has not developed the TTS for Catalan in this application, therefore this is normal to happen, but... I've tried to select the Spanish TTS and the only thing I can hear is a "Dong" each time an indication should be listened...
Any experience on having a different OS language than what is supported in Google navigation and having it working?
I've seen in the Internet that TTS should be switched to Google and not Samsung (S4) and I've also selected Spanish as the language to be used... but no change here... only "Dong" at each turning...
I've got Waze in each phone of the company to overcome this, but if anyone could point me to any source where this would be discussed it would be great.
PS: I know probably nobody here will have had any issue using Catalan (quite normal) but probably any of the megahundreds of ![Green Alien | [Alien]](https://www.codeproject.com/script/Forums/Images/alien.gif) ians will have found a similar issue in other languages...

We all got period of times when tension is higher - mostly connected to deadlines of our project...
In case of high tension I used to ate a lot of chocolate[^] and as expected the sugar in it helps me to calm down...(It also helps me to keep weight over 80)
How do you calm yourself down?

I find shredding a junior dev or better yet rip into a user group releives the tension, mainly because it also releives you of the job that casues the tension so I reserve it for very unusual circumstances.

A walk around the block usually works - and it allows the mind to chew over the current issues, often resulting in a faster resolution than sitting in front of a computer screen.

I do something that requires a high amout of concentration, just to get work out of the head.
That often was a project of my own. Something really interesting and without the interference from customers or pointy-hairs. Real results and no stress.
During the last year I have tried something different: I have begun to fly (model) helicopters. Today one year ago I went out on a field and tried my luck with this model[^]. After about two minutes of 'fun', it was back on the ground, but not in one piece.
Since then I have learned a lot about flying and in the last months I have rebuilt and adjusted this helicopter and slowly gotten used to it. In an hour I will head out to that field again and spend two hours flying and then (hopefully) have nothing more to do than wipe off the remains of grass and insects from the heli 
The language is JavaScript. that of Mordor, which I will not utter here
I hold an A-7 computer expert classification, Commodore. I'm well acquainted with Dr. Daystrom's theories and discoveries. The basic design of all our ship's computers are JavaScript.
