My peeve is when people refuse to actually say something about XYZ they're trying to convey, but rather most hover over you to tell you where to click, while you act as the brainless extension of their mind, simply because they can't communicate and they lock up and don't know what to say unless they make you point and click for them.

Ya gotta yell at them. Stop, turn around and ask what they're trying to get you to do.
We had this one guy who would just "click here. Here here no just click here. here. Now go there..click on that, right here...here. no here" He sounded like he'd drank 2 gallons of red bull.
Finally had to bark at him to get him to stop. Nicely. But it was what it was.

I've often wanted to create a hybrid LCD/Van de Graaff generator to help make the fingers off point for me.
