Note to self: When launching a Citrix RDP session, it must be launched from the primary monitor! Doing otherwise will only cause unnecessary grief and swearing as the connection dialog vanishes and nothing happens! That's 30 minutes I'll never get back!

For a while I was using a third-party tool that remembered that it was on my second monitor. So when I tried to use it without a second monitor...

I'm pretty sure that's just default behavior for windows...It seems to always want to send windows to orphaned monitors.
